Recently until today a minimal environmental homes seems to be the major architecture challenge and for today we bring you this nice Chuckanut Ridge House, an impressive house with Asian influence in a sustainable manner designed by Prentiss Architects in Washington. The architects making this family’s wish coming true with a strong East Asian culture and heritage in developing sustainable home.
The aim of this sustainable house design is stated as follow by the architects; “The goal of minimal environmental impact and off the grid living led to, among other things, photovoltaic panels to provide the electrical power for the house and the collection of rain water as the water source“. To make the inhabitants less worry about their homes design effected by the solar panels, the architects located the panels in a separate place and completely parted from the house.
